Ⅰ Demand consultation
◎ If you are a national or regional agent company, or you have intention to become a national or regional agent, try our products and promote in your market, welcome to check our Agency/Distribution Policy. We are willing to negotiate all possible issues of cooperation with you on the basis of equality and win-win.
◎ If you already have a design and installation service supplier, only intend to buy our products, please inform us of detailed product requirements, such as product item, size and quantity according to your demands. After understanding your requirements, we will provide you specific quotation containing FOB price of products, MOQ, delivery date, concrete packaging, and other detailed information. If you need different transportation service, please connect our business manager. We will give you a quoted price in detail after further calculation.

◎ If you don’t have a design and installation service supplier, do not worry, we will provide you high-quality and fast service. We will arrange very experienced tech team to offer you a professional detailed solution.
Specific procedures as follows:
-Please provide your site condition/area/anticipated planning. If possible, please provide site distribution drawing or configuration pictures.
-Please provide your variety and quantity of your farmed animals.
-If possible, please inform us your budget.
After receiving your feedback, we will sort out the solution and quotation according to your information. If there are more than one solutions, we will provide them all for your reference. Meanwhile, we will point out the corresponding advantages of the solutions for you to choose. This work will go on until we get your satisfaction.
Note:
- We will provide you with free design of solution. Provided total quoted price contains design costs of solution, you do not have to pay extra money for it.
- We are able to dispatch professional team to your site for installation and testing. In terms of concrete installation expenses, we will charge a small amount of installation according to the size and duration of quantities.
- If you have our partners providing installation service locally, we could recommend them to provide services for you.
Ⅱ Sample request
◎If cargo value is less than 50 dollars, generally we will not charge customers for sample expenses, nonetheless, the freight expenses should be at your cost.
We support UPS/FEDEX/DHL/TNT and EMS from China for sample transporting. We also support special route transportation to save your cost if longer arrival time is acceptable.
Ⅲ Payment
◎ Payment security
After reaching agreement by two sides, we will send you stamped and signed perform invoice with payment and bank details by mail. We will also confirm relevant information with you by telephone or instant massaging.
◎ Method of payment
When order amounts are less than 50,000 dollars, we usually accept ordinary telegraphic transfer (T/T).
When the order amounts are more than 50.000 dollars, we accept irrevocable letter of credit (ILC) at sight.
Generally speaking, by L/C payment, the total price may be higher 1% to 2% than T/T.
We support ways of Paypal or Wester Union for freight expenses of sample and micropayment.
◎ Payment Arrival time
Generally, we may receive your remittance information in a week after you pay. Hence, please send us the bank slip when you get it. We will arrange immediately production of products as soon as we received it.
After receiving your payment in account, we will confirm it with you by mail at once.
◎ Validity of payment
Generally the validity period of payment will be informed on perform invoice, which mean the terms of price are valid only within its validity. If it exceeds validity, please contact our business manager for new invoice.
◎ Advance payment / Deposit
We usually accept advance payment mode to reduce your fund pressure and transaction risk. After receiving your bank slip, we will immediately arrange the production.
Ⅳ Transaction mode and cargo freight
◎Normally, we provide all general transport ways including EXW/FOB/CFR&CIF/DDU&DDP.
◎In consideration of our strong logistic capabilities, we recommend you choosing CFR&CIF/ DDU&DDP to reduce the total transaction costs.
◎We will inform you the volume of cargo before making formal invoice, so that you can compare it with your own forwarder to choose the lowest cost transaction mode.
Because cargo volume after packing depends on the different conditions of shipment, the freight expenses may have deviation minimally, which will not exceed for 5%.
The freight expenses will be separately listed on perform invoice.
Ⅴ Transport mode
◎We support all modes of transportation by sea/air/rail.
In terms of cost, sea costs are less than rail costs, meantime, rail costs are less than air costs, but timeliness is on the contrary.
In case of large orders, we recommend to adopting sea transportation to reduce cost.
