UKRAINE: PIG CAPITAL FOR JULY 1, 2020 - 6 MILLION HEADS
The number of pigs as of July 1, 2020 is 6068.2 thousand heads (as of June 1 - 5967.6 thousand heads) against 6410.7 thousand heads as of July 1, 2019. The livestock decreased by 5.9%.
This was reported by the State Statistics Service.
The number of pigs in individual farms as of July 1 was 2610.5 thousand heads against 2843.4 thousand heads as of July 1, 2019.
The number of pigs in agricultural enterprises as of July 1 was 3457.7 thousand heads against 3567.3 thousand heads as of July 1, 2019.
